After the lease unit is delivered, the car deal envelope should include copies of the following documents:

1.   Customer purchase order  (Buyer’s Order)

2.   Sales Invoice

3.   Cash Receipt Tickets

4.   Lease Rate Computation Sheet

5.   Lease Agreement

6.   Credit Statement

7.   Insurance Verification

8.   Delivery Receipt

9.   License And Title Applications

10.   State Inspection Form, if applicable

11.   New Vehicle Get-Ready Order, including list of equipment to be added to the vehicle

12.   Vehicle Sales Invoice

13.   Used Vehicle Appraisal

14.   Internal Repair Order

15.   Protection Plan Applications

This envelope should be filed in alphabetical order, by customer name, with the accounting office.
