The Lease Rate Computation Sheet is designed to ensure that the salesperson does not omit any important elements of cost when computing a monthly lease rate.  This form serves as a basis for information shown in the Lease Agreement and is filed in the car deal envelope.  Before this form is completed, it must be determined who will pay for maintenance, taxes, gas and oil, licenses, insurance and excess mileage charges, and the security deposit required.  This form is just one example of the many different forms dealerships use to quote leases.
