The New Vehicle Get Ready form is initiated by the New Vehicle Department and used to advise the Service Department that a new vehicle must be prepared for delivery.  The form should specify when the vehicle must be ready and a list of the options to be added or removed from the vehicle.

This form should be used by the Service Department as the basis for preparing an Internal Repair Order for a new vehicle.  If necessary, a copy can be attached to the Internal Repair Order.

After the vehicle is delivered, the form should be filed in the car deal envelope.
