Worksheets for New Vehicle Wholesale Orders should be accurately prepared and completed by the sales manager, or other designated individual, according to the instructions provided by the division.

A copy of each New Vehicle Wholesale Order should be kept in the New Vehicle Department’s files, with respect to each vehicle, so that it can be checked when it is received to determine if all ordered options were included.

These orders should be made on the basis of the unfilled customer purchase orders, the projected mix and balance of future inventories, and demand for the different vehicle-line series and body styles in the local market.
